It's a movie called Office Space its pretty funny. It came out in 1999, its mainly about 3 dudes (one of the dudes is the voice for butt-head) who work at like corporate tech job. One of those hobs where they sit in a cubical all day and type things on the comp. They get bullied all the time, and just annoyed by bosses. The main character goes into this hypnotist where hes mad calm and nothing bothers him and then he realizes like the more hes a dick and lacks off at work they like him. It's funny check it out.
